XCEL 

Gym Stars competes in the XCEL Gymnastics division. This program accommodates beginner through college level gymnasts. There is a place for everyone on our competitive team, whether you're just learning cartwheels, or flipping high level vaults. Our beginner XCEL teams practice 1-2 days a week, and our more advanced teams practice 3 days a week.

Gym Stars' J.O. gymnastics team encompasses the same higher level skills as our advanced XCEL team but in a more competitive division. Our J.O. teams practice 3-4 times a week and compete in 6-7 competitive meets in a season.
